Aging in Community presents two sessions with Kym Hance, aging specialist, Director of Care Management with Herzog Law firm:
Wednesday, September 23 from 10:30 to noon, and again
Wednesday, September 30 from 5:30 - 7 PM.
Hance specializes in non-legal services supporting people who want to plan for aging whether it's at home or long-term care.
Hance will talk about specific solutions for
aging at home, how you can create plans and to address both expected and unexpected changes in health and levels of care.
Bring your questions and concerns to get answers and guidance on the steps you can take to plan.
Some folks will say you can't plan when and how you will die. But you CAN plan for a lot of the possibilities - and those plans bring peace of mind.
