REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

 The Town of Greenwich is seeking written proposals for the furnishing of the following services to the Town of Greenwich: Realtor listing and sale of a Town owned property located on County Route 77, Parcel # 220.-1-16.2. Parcel is a wooded 3.85 acre vacant parcel that was previously used as the entrance to the Town landfill. Proposals should include percentage of realtor compensation as well as a Comparative Market Analysis to determine a listing price. Marketing plan may also be included.

• Town Hall-  2 Academy Street, Greenwich, NY
• Hudson Riverside Park- 5149 County Route 113 Greenwich, NY 12834
• Battenkill Riverside Park- 2128 State Route 29 Greenwich, NY 12834

SPECIFICATIONS FOR CLEANING OF TOWN OFFICE

BUILDING LOCATED AT 2 ACADEMY STREET, GREENWICH, NY

Cleaning shall be done on a weekly basis (after office hours) – once a week preferably on the weekend. Weekly general cleaning for the Town Office Building shall include the following for the entire first floor and for the second-floor areas as listed:
 

First Floor:

Dusting of all office spaces.

Empty trash receptacles and replace liners if soiled.

Vacuum all areas and open stairway to upstairs.

Dry mop and wet mop all wood and vinyl flooring including bathrooms and kitchen areas.

Clean and sanitize two bathrooms.

Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, sink and flooring.

Clean front and side glass entry doors.

Clean 1st floor windows inside and outside in spring of year.

Justice Court

Justice Office

Hallways to Justice Court and Justice Office
 

SPECIFICATIONS FOR CLEANING OF PARK BATHROOMS

LOCATED AT HUDSON RIVERSIDE AND BATTENKILL RIVERSIDE PARKS, GREENWICH, NY

Cleaning shall be done on a bi-weekly basis from Memorial Day – Columbus Day. Cleaning should include the cleaning and sanitizing of all bathrooms and surfaces, emptying of trash receptacles and liner replacement, sweeping (Both) and mopping all floors (HRP only)

Trash can liners and restroom supplies will be provided by the Town of Greenwich.

All cleaning supplies including vacuum, vacuum bags, mops, buckets and cleaning solutions will be supplied by the cleaning company.

Proof of Liability Insurance is required.

Proof of Workers Compensation Insurance or

A signed affidavit of no Workers Compensation Insurance is required.

TOWN OF GREENWICH

REQUEST FOR BIDS

The Town of Greenwich is seeking written bids for the removal and purchase of an unknown amount of heating oil at the Town Office, 2 Academy Street Greenwich, NY 12834. Heating oil would need to be removed safely by the bidder and paid to the Town of Greenwich.

To schedule viewing and measuring of the heating oil, please contact Clerk to the Supervisor, Joanna Messina by phone at 518-692-7611 ex 103  or by email at joanna.messina@townofgreenwichny.gov.

Minimum bid price is $2.50/gallon.
